the challenge

Teknecultura needed a digital platform that would complement its BI tool teknedata, integrating the generation of commercial campaigns, with complex segmentation options filtering through the multiple data collected in teknedata.

The platform had to be easy to use, customisable and scalable, able to adapt to the different realities and demands of the cultural sector. In addition, it had to have a marketing automation tool that would allow it to communicate with audiences in an efficient and personalised way. The challenge was not only to create a customised web platform, but also to overcome the technical and functional challenges that arose, such as:

  • The integration of different data sources from multiple entities or customers, each with a unique identifier, which are stored and processed daily in Teknecultura’s systems.
  • The customisation of the visual appearance, the main menu, the contact file and the segmentation for each client of Teknecultura, respecting its corporate image and segmentation criteria.
  • The development from scratch of the survey system, allowing the user to create customised surveys with different types of questions and scores, and integrate them into the landing pages designed from the platform.
