When we work within a company, it is very common to only access the intranet hosted on the company’s SharePoint.
We can perform actions such as automatically create SharePoint sites, assign groups and permissions on the fly (adding users to our liking), create content directly on our new SharePoint site or create channels in Teams with members directly associated with that same site.
Years ago we stopped keeping thousands of physical files and hundreds of printed documents. SharePoint Online is the evolution of that process, but much more comfortable. No need to print and set up a shelf or have to get too organized to keep track of changes in a single document.
SharePoint Online offers workflows that can be very simple. We recommend “evolving” them with the Power Automate platform.
